General Information
Expo Centre Sharjah is the UAE’s first purpose-built international convention exhibition centre and event organiser, with over four decades of experience. It is the exhibition wing of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Expo Centre Sharjah is centrally located and less than 20 minutes away from both Dubai and Sharjah international airports.
Sharjah boasts a strong industrial base, low costs for labour and accommodation, and excellent infrastructure, making it an ideal location for exhibitions.
Facilities and Services
We offer 40,000 sqm of exhibition floor space (Indoor: 28,000 sqm / Outdoor: 12,000 sqm).
We have six halls, each 4,000 square meters. Two halls can be interconnected to create an 8,000 square meter space.
Yes, we have over 6,000 sqm of tiled outdoor exhibition space, suitable for events involving heavy machinery and equipment.
Yes, our venue faces the sea, making it ideal for marine-related events.
Yes, we have the Novotel Sharjah Expo, a 200-room four-star hotel, and the nearby Pullman Sharjah, a five-star hotel with 180 rooms.
Booking and Participation
To book space, fill out and submit the booking form available on the website of the individual trade show or contact the show management team.
Costs vary depending on the event, booth size, and exhibit products. Details are provided on the event's website. You can also contact us for an estimate.
For the Shell Scheme, the minimum stand size is 12 sqm. For bare space, the minimum size is 36 sqm.
Yes, please liaise with the respective event teams for booth location preferences.
The rental includes general lighting in the hall and hall air-conditioning.
The rental is valid from 9 am to 10 pm.
Additional Services
Payment can be made via telex transfers, bank transfers, cash, cheques, demand drafts (local clients only), and credit cards (by special request).
No, these services are not included in the rental.

Our official ground/freight handling agents will manage all your cargo and re-shipment requirements.
Yes, we have on-site parking for over 1,600 vehicles, including a multi-storey car park with a capacity of 1,200 vehicles.
Yes, there are separate prayer rooms for men and women.
Yes, ATM machines are available on-site.
